Enapter is a rapidly-growing energy technology company with offices in Italy, Germany and Thailand. We develop and produce Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolysers that enable low-cost green hydrogen production at any scale.


We are looking for an ambitious Head of Sales to lead our international sales and BD team and scale revenue as we're getting ready to boost electrolyser output by several magnitudes.

What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?

  • Lead our sales department by setting ambitious sales targets and developing strategies to reach those targets
  • Assist and manage the sales team by setting goals and objectives, providing guidance, and monitoring performance while honing their professional skills
  • Develop effective distribution structures to grow our business in new and existing markets
  • Monitor and track market trends, competitors, and economic indicators to advise and continuously improve our strategy
  • Provide actionable insights into the success, weaknesses, and improvement potential of our sales and business strategy through detailed analysis of sales performance

What do you need to help make our goals a reality?

  • First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it
  • At least 5 years' proven experience in B2B sales leadership, ideally in the hydrogen, energy, or gas industry
  • Track record of ambitious multimillion sales revenues of a team that you not only managed but to which you contributed with sales (manage the team and lead by example)
  • Relevant experience in selling via channel partners and managing such networks
  • Proven experience developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Prior experience building, leading, and growing highperforming sales teams
  • Exceptional relationship management and effective communication skills to work smoothly with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • A proactive, problemsolving, and gettingthingsdone mentality
  • A strong network in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English are a must, and German an asset
