What you ́ll do


This is a key role to support and engage in virtual and digital training operations and projects for Customer Success audiences.

Key expectations and responsibilities will be discussed and aligned to individual interest, skills and experience and can include:

  • Execute reporting and monitor ongoing training deliveries
  • Support learning program operations, such as planning and excecution
  • Quality assurance of trainings and learning content
  • Business impact analysis and data analysis
  • Conduct trainings needs surveys and derive recommendations
  • Support training vendor coordination and course planning
  • Design and creation of learning content, such as course material and microlearnings
  • Ensure training readiness in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Support for presentations
  • Work on various special projects and assignments according to business priorities

What you bring

  • Ongoing study in Commerce / Business / Education / Psychology or comparable
  • Highly motivated, practical approach to challenges and result oriented
  • Strong team player who can work collaboratively and empathetically with colleagues especially in virtual and international teams
  • Highly qualityoriented with attention to details while keeping a good overview
  • Very good communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Proactive selfstarter that requires mínimal oversight
  • Excellent skills in MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
  • Experience with virtual collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Zoom
  • Additional skills on training
- and content-design tools, such as Adobe Suite or video-editing tools could be a plus

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Previous work experience in people development, education, enablement and training would be a plus

The mission of
Customer Success Learning is to help accelerate the success of customer
- and partner-facing employees within SAP. This is executed by providing top quality training and enablement services, closely aligned to SAP strategy and business priorities, with the goal to impact revenue, profitability and employee engagement.


The
Learning2Go team within Customer Success Learning owns and drives training, enablement and competency development programs in virtual and digital approaches, such as virtual live classroom trainings, micro-learning and digital learning events.

This includes the definition, alignment and execution of a high-quality and high-impact enablement / training portfolio, jointly with global and regional stakeholders, plus the definition and deployment of governance, standards and best-practices for learning.

This is an innovative organization that also serves as central point of contact and thought-leader for all aspects of digital and virtual training and enablement for the organization.
