Job Summary:

Our Top Tier International Investment and Asset Manager is actively seeking a highly driven Director of Leasing for their Berlin, Germany Office.

You will be responsible for participating in the development of the leasing strategy, leading broker relations and directly managing all aspects of leasing transaction including prospecting, responding to inquiries, touring, drafting offers, lease negotiations and managing tenant relations before, during and after fitout._

Responsibility's

Lead daytoday leasing responsibilities, and those of your team to meet the leasing objectives of the asset ensuring that all current and upcoming vacancies are ready for immediate occupancy and KPIs are met
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase portfolio occupancy and maximise rents
Negotiate offers and leases with assistance from inside and outside counsel
Liaison with the larger asset management team, brokers, tenants, legal and property management to achieve leasing goals and to resolve any tenant conflicts regarding leasing matters
Maintain current network of contacts while gaining exposure to international tenants and representatives

Qualifications

College diploma or University Degree
Minimum 510 years of leasing experience specifically in track record in Office and retail/gastronomy
Demonstrate a strong set of existing tenant and broker relationship across the Berlin market
Native German and Fluent English
Consistent track record and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
Demonstrate effective technical skills including financial analysis, presentation skills, and written reporting.
