For our office in Wiesbaden we are looking for a

Customer Service Representative (all genders) - 10 months contract
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for all types of customer orders and inquiries. Continuous customer satisfaction is your focus.

You support the customer on his way through Allergan Aesthetics:
from creating new customers, through order acceptance, to complaints - always within the framework of the applicable policies. The position requires constant exchange and effective collaboration with other departments as well as external functions. It is crucial, that you approach tasks and innovations flexibly and positively, and execute them quickly and precisely.

As part of our Customer Service Team, you are always looking for better and more efficient ways to improve customers relationship.


Key responsibilities
Customer care, order processing and invoicing

  • Dealing with customers in a professional and polite manner, even in times of high workload
  • Prepare customer invoices and product orders
  • Order Management
  • Ensure that service agreements and productivity goals are at minimum met
  • Competent receipt and answering of customer inquiries about products, orders, logistics, prices and account balance
  • Customer Master data admission and verification, administration of pricing rebates and conditions agreement
Cooperation with supporting functions

  • Establishing and maintaining a professional and close relationship with Sales (Field Force and nonField Force)
  • Regular contact with Shared Service Center regarding warehouse, logistics, coordination of orders, deliveries, returns, complaints, master data setup and maintenance as well as pricing, invoicing
  • Regular contact and cooperation with OTC Team AbbVie
  • Support of Internal Audits (Quality department)
  • Support of month and quarter end processes (Finance)
  • Support in setup of sales & volume reports for customers and customer groups incl. Forecasts
Teamwork

  • Be a highly motivated and active member of our team within a new process environment
  • Work in a crossfunctional team to execute the strategy and escalate as necessary to remove roadblocks
  • Drive processes with a handson and proactive problemsolving approach
  • Takeover of special tasks and responsibilities from colleagues in case of absence
  • At minimum one year of experience in Customer Service or comparable positions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (written/verbal English & German)
  • Processoriented and crossfunctional mindset and behavior (thinking in full processes)
  • Takes the initiative to find solutions and includes proactively crossfunctional departments where necessary
  • Professional work organization and telephone behavior
  • Excellent team and communication skills
  • High service and customer focused mindset
  • High attention to details, high resilience and reliability
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, contact center systems, experience in ecommerce is an advantage
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
