We are looking for a strategic partner for our business who will strengthen the Corporate Communication department within the company and support and advise the divisions in all aspects of communication.

What you can expect:

As Business Partner Corporate Communication, you advise the business units you support on all aspects of corporate communications and ensure the strategic alignment of the units with regard to their communication of these topics
In this context, you will have overall responsibility for the management and implementation of all communication topics and will advise the respective business units with regard to focal points, implementation and action planning. You will be responsible for the technical management of the Centers of Expertise (COEs) such as Media Relations, Corporate Channels or Content Production to ensure the successful implementation of the defined projects
As a business partner, you will work on quality standards and identify and initiate necessary regulatory requirements in cooperation with the COEs
In addition, you support the operational creation and development of texts, presentations, speeches, etc. for internal and external communication with regard to the assigned business areas

Your profile:

Several years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications on the corporate or consulting side (> 810 years); experience in advising business units on communications topics; journalistic experience an advantage
Experienced in the implementation of divisionspecific communication strategies
Confidence in dealing with people at all hierarchical levels (incl. Clevel)
Experience in project management or professional leadership of employees
Independent and structured way of working as well as conceptual thinking
Ability to manage and advise internal and external interfaces in the area of responsibility in a goaloriented and selfresponsible manner
Fluent in written and spoken English and German
