YOUR TALENT:


  • Enrolled student in an appropriate field of studies such as, but not limited to, Sports Technology, Sports Science, Materials Science, or Engineering.
  • Desire to learn and take initiative is a must.
  • Keen interest in performance sports such as Football, Cricket, Padel and Handball.
  • Keen interest in performance footwear (Technologies, Construction, and Innovations).
  • Familiarity with additive manufacturing and 3D modeling is appreciated.
  • Experienced in conducting literature reviews, compiling information, and summarizing into informative presentations and reports.

YOUR MISSION:


  • Daily communication with colleagues in our Far East development offices for a variety of tasks: e.g sample development, productrelated problem solving and sample orders.
  • Support on daily maintenance of the

Product Information Database:
Product Sign-Off, New Style Creation, Product Data Entry, and Product Database Reporting.

  • Key member for conducting detailed research and presentation of current market trends in Teamsport footwear, engineering and industry developments.
  • Support the Product Engineer with maintaining the Rapid Prototyping machine and printing out prototype outsole designs for review.
  • Manage the development of Color and/or Graphic Update projects for the upcoming seasons.
  • Support the development team with their projects including sample orders, system maintenance, analysis presentations, and project calendars.
  • Work as part of a crossfunctional team (development/marketing/design/Tier1 Factories) to ensure alignment between divisions on key topics.
  • Complete Product signoff to confirm styles for production, ensuring that shoe quality and required specifications are met.
  • Proactive in identifying areas of improvement and exploration to further push the development of the products.
  • Conduct the team's weekly meetings
