Your mission:

As a transformative Chief Operating Officer (COO), you drive operational excellence as we scale our innovative solutions.

Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior executive role within a tech startup or highgrowth environment.
Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to drive longterm operational plans.
Demonstrated success in leading and scaling highperforming teams in dynamic, fastpaced environments.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets and financial operations.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
Passion for technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the deep tech industry.
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
