Airbus Helicopters is looking for a

#ES Technical Data Engineering Specialist - IPC (d/f/m):

The Tech Data Factory ATB Programs creates spare part configurations, descriptions and illustrated data so that the customer can identify spare parts and the necessary procedures, which are needed throughout the maintenance of the commercial Helicopter programs.

The Illustrated Parts Catalog and the Maintenance Manuals as a part of the ICA (instructions for continued airworthiness) are key documents, which are used for internal ( e.g.

TECH Rep or MRO) and client purposes.

The Lead Functions (LF) within the Tech Data Factory ATB Programs are working across borders for commercial Airbus Helicopter programs with a main focus on German models (H145/H135/BO105).

The LF ist working with engineering, logistics, quality, Airworthiness/Certification and all S&S departments on a daily basis to make sure that the customer is satisfied in regards to component deliveries, illustrated parts catalogs and maintenance manuals.

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Analysis and support of the design for the selection of maintenance concepts and spare parts configuration
Estimation of workload in regards to Support & Service effects, the definition of delivery parts as well as the representation of the department
Detection of spare part data from technical building data (illustrations, drawings, producer data,, LSA reports, bill of materials) and the determination of spare parts configurations/ spare parts kits as well as the creation and care of parts catalog data (CSN) with illustrations
Preparation and validation of Tech data products in correlation with international standards to guarantee a safe and efficient maintenance and running of aircrafts
Analysis of procedures, Implementation and further development of new methods, development and harmonization of standard procedures

Desired skills and qualifications

Degree in a technical field e.g. Aerospace engineering or a certified technician background in the field of Aircraft construction or similar
Good experience in maintenance and/or maintenance documentation (AMM/IPC) within the Aerospace field ideally for helicopters
IT affinity and proficiency with MS-Office and data bases like SAP
Experience in the creation of maintenance documentation following standards like S1000D would be a plus
Strong English knowledge (C1), German is a plus
