Your Tasks

You build, lead and develop the purchasing department in the area of electrolyzers
You and your department are responsible for the annual purchasing volumes of our balance of plant (BoP) systems (without stack components)
You set up and develop the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
You design procurement strategies and take care of the development and optimization of corresponding processes
You optimize procurement conditions, secure availability and ensure delivery reliability
You develop and manage supplier relationships
You foster a highperformance culture and a motivating working environment

Your Profile

You are graduated in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or similar
You have professional experience in the field of purchasing and have extensive management experience in this environment
You have already worked in one of the following industries: automotive engineering/automotive supplier/plant engineering or similar
You have experience in the conception of procurement strategies as well as the development and optimization of corresponding processes
You enjoy leading and concluding comprehensive purchasing negotiations
You bring comprehensive analytical and structuring skills and enjoy working closely in crossfunctional teams
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English language
