Wrisk has set up Wrisk Europe GmbH in Munich, Germany in November 2023.

For Wrisk Europe GmbH, we are actively seeking a highly skilled Head of Product & Insurance Management who possesses an extensive background in building and managing a robust network of insurance capacity providers throughout Europe to develop and deliver Wrisk products that cater to specific market or client demands.

This pivotal role demands a professional who can expertly navigate the motor insurance environment in Europe from a product, distribution, delivery, and provider perspective.

Moreover, the Head of Product & Insurance Management will play a vital role in shaping the company's strategic direction.

By providing product and insurer-driven insights and recommendations, you will influence key business decisions, contributing to the development and refinement of our solutions.

This will require a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a keen understanding of the insurance (intermediation) marketplace.

Furthermore, collaboration will be a significant aspect of this role.

You will work closely with diverse teams, including key account management, product development, underwriting, risk management, operations and technology, ensuring a cohesive approach to product and insurance partner management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, International Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in the insurance brokerage/ intermediation sector (focus: motor insurance) of minimum 4 years.
• Familiarity with actuarial principles, methods, and practices, particularly in relation to motor and P&C insurance.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic setting.
• A proactive stance towards learning and keeping abreast of the latest industry advancements.
• Persuasive skills in negotiating with insurers.
• Ability to build strong relationships with and to be therefore trusted by insurers
