To support our HR Operations Team in Munich, we are looking for support as:

HR Operations/ Payroll Specialist (M/F/d)
Focus will be on

  • Prepare and followup of the monthly payroll, cooperating with the external payroll service provider
  • Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details
  • Support personnel budget planning
  • Prepare various HR related reports
  • Advise our employees on operational HR issues
  • Make an important contribution to the operational excellence of the Ipsen HR organization
  • Work in a local DACH team while being a part of a global HR organization
Qualification requires

  • Several years of experience in human resources with knowledge of labor law basics as well as knowledge relevant to payroll accounting
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Confidence in handling of all common IT systems (MS-Office, Teams, etc.) as well as Workday experience are an advantage
  • A good understanding of process definition and structured procedures
  • Feel comfortable in an environment of continuous change
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
