The Real Estate Division takes care of the acquisition, management, and redeployment of Church owned real estate. They also manage meetinghouse and other lease contracts.

The position exists to provide administrative support to real estate professionals within the Meetinghouse Facilities Department and other Church departments and entities.

Customers may include the area presidency, the DTA, ecclesiastical leaders, and other Church departments.

Customers expect that professional services shall be provided within industry benchmarks as measured by cost, quality, and timeliness of services provided.

Obtain and process transactional reports e.g. surveys, appraisals, professional engineering reports, legal and title documents
Interface with internal customers, professional consultants (attorneys, engineers, architects)
Prepare legal transaction documents, assemble feasibility and due diligence studies in preparation to obtain internal approvals
Accurately enter and maintain data, prepare and maintain records (GPM and FLS)
Prepare project files and track real estate processes
Monitor deadlines and document performance commitments
Provide administrative support within the Real Estate division
Strong commitment to the mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterdays Saints (applicant must be a member with a valid Temple recommend).
Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with all individuals, including priesthood leaders, managers, fellow employees, authorities, and external consultants
Completed vocational training or relevant certification with diverse clerical experience
Organizational skills including filing, scheduling, time management, and prioritization
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
Fluency in other European languages preferred especially Portuguese, and Spanish
