The team you'll join

We help our clients to build better financial futures related to their pension and value account plans. Workplace Investing Service Delivery teams will ensure an excellent client support and oversight controlling of 3rd party vendor. In particular, ongoing client service and operational requests as well as outsorcing controlling, analysis, reporting and processes.

What you'll be doing


You will support the Service Delivery teams in client requests and client changes to provide the best client experience with respect to operational and administrative services.

In addition you will support the teams in outsourcing controlling, reporting and analysis as well as process improvements to ensure a proper set-up, smooth process handling and appropriate oversight governance.

How you'll be supported

We don't expect you to come straight in and know everything about what we do.

As a working student, and whatever you've studied, we'll help make sure you get the most out of your time with us.

You'll start with a mini induction during which we'll introduce you to asset management industry and our business. After that, there are many more ways to develop your skills as your progresses. Social and networking events will help you get to know our people and culture. All the while you'll be learning on the job, working to clear goals and understanding your own potential.


The difference you'll make:
As your skills and confidence grow, you'll become more and more involved in making key decisions for our customers. You'll help them invest and plan for the futures they want. You'll provide invaluable support to your team, too.

What we're looking for

It's who you are that matters here, rather than what you studied. We look for working students who are curious, compassionate, eager to learn and ready to get stuck in.

Creative thinking, a high level of client service skills and attention to detail as well as technical or analytical skills are important too.

We also require a good understanding of processes or at least the willingness to familiarize yourself with process flows quickly.

And, as we're an international organisation, we'll need you to speak German and English.
