Solution Architect HR - Technical Consultant (M/F/x)

Unlimited contract | full-time

Your Tasks:

You analyze digital technology trends as a contribution to designing IT strategy and identify and implement technical and process innovations and optimization options or IT solutions as a contribution to the company's digitalization and digital transformation
Managing the digital transformation in HR, especially in the areas of on/offboarding, time recording and employee data with a focus on SAP, Oracle, SaaS data management and workflow automation solutions
You assess and help design complex customer requirements relating to the feasibility, selection, development, cost, architecture and implementation of IT solutions; by, for example, attending and coordinating design thinking workshops (Azure Cloud)
Act as point of contact in technical and specialist matters pertaining to the design and development of IT solution concepts and IT architecture; this includes preparing the necessary design documents

Your profile

University degree in the field of information technology or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience, preferably in the areas of Oracle, SAP HCM, data management and / or workflow automation, payroll and Azure Cloud
Very good knowledge and experience in project management (e.g. IT Agile Methodology)
Knowledge of ITIL, TOGAF CISM is desirable
Very good knowledge of German and English
Analytical and conceptual skills
Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
High customer and solution orientation
Ability and affinity to work in international teams
Independent working style and the ability to work in a dynamic and intercultural environment
