About Heraeus

Your tasks:

You will monitor the administrative and operational activities of the global sales function Customer Service.
You will implement and continuously improve OtC, SAP, S&OP as well as sales administration processes (CRM).
You will identify, prioritize, plan and execute Commercial Excellence initiatives and be accountable for results.
You will be responsible for reviewing sales commissions, providing pricing and quotes to sales staff, sales analysis and reporting.
You will manage all Customer Service activities, S&OP activities, ERP OtC initiatives, forecasting, sales claims, sales automation and digitalization.
You will process and review sales related agreements.

Your qualification:

University degree in business administration (at least Bachelor's degree) or qualified professional vocational training
Experience in a comparable position, first management experience is desirable
Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Detail and number orientation
A convincing, communicative personality, reliability and openness towards intercultural teams
