For the expansion of our IT Team in Germany we are looking for a

Senior System Administrator (m/w/d) for our Center of Excellence

YOUR FUNCTIONS:

Provide 2nd & 3rd level IT support and participate in the scheduled oncall rotation
Actively claim, triage, and resolve IT tickets and contribute to the teams overall SLA matrixes.
Configure, install, hardware upgrade and review infrastructure systems to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes
Recognize roadblocks and work to resolve them before they impact schedules

YOUR PROFILE:

At least 3 year's experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
Handson experience working with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Windows, and Linux operating systems, Veeam, Microsoft Exchange, Nutanix, VMWare and Monitoring Tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Business fluent in English
