Tasks
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the company (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
- Design and implement business strategies and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Establish OKRs as a framework and manage its implementation and perpetuation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in scaling SMEs, ideally in a B2B SaaS business
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills and unconditional will to succeed
- Diligent and prescient personality, selfdriven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Aptitude in decisionmaking and problemsolving
- Strongly focused on achieving effective outcomes
- Fluent in English, ideally also German
