We are looking for a new colleague in our department Market Management & Coordination at one of our locations in Friedrichshafen, Munich or Düsseldorf


Your responsibilities as Sales Performance & Data Management Expert (M/F/d):

  • Develops & implements new Power Platform solutions within key account management and divisions in fast sprints. Measures & tracks KPIs against their targets.
  • Responsible to explore new data strategy/data value chain and transformation towards datadriven culture within sales, therefore supporting the overall ZF transformation strategy.
  • Advises top management on project scopes, prioritization & execution of digitalization initiatives. Plans, executes & evaluates performance of external/ internal project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met. Defines roadmap for integrated analytics platform.

Your qualifications as Sales Performance & Data Management Expert (M/F/d):

  • Degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification combined with strong analytical skill (derive & drive actionable insights)
  • Practical skillset to devise & develop solutions to support business processes in MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate & Power Apps), MS Azure
  • Proactive & constructive problemsolving skills as well as experience in project organization, development & execution of data analytics initiatives
  • Very good networking skills and existing broad global network
  • Strong coordination/cooperation skills team player & matrix skills
  • Fluent English and at least good German language skills
