You have successfully completed your master's degree and now you want to kickstart your career - preferably in an international environment.

During our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in the Automated & Integrated Solutions team of our operating unit Industrial Trucks & Services EMEA (ITS).

The team is responsible for developing the business of small standard Automated Solutions within the KION Group as we recognize this unserved market as a vital component in our customers' automation journey.

From the outset, you will be an important part of the KION Group and a member of a collaborative team striving for excellence.

  • You will quickly get to know all the important interfaces that ensure
    crossfunctional collaboration based on partnership and trust
  • The global orientation of the program is complemented by a 5month assignment at one of our
    international locations

    own ideas

Tasks and Qualifications:


Tasks

  • As a member of the Integrated Offerings team, you will support the
    development and
    execution of
    new business focused on
    standardized automated Intralogistics solutions
  • You will
    execute tasks and projects according to the
    business plan for KION ITS EMEA in close alignment with our
    strategy team to
    support and enable our
    international brands
    STILL and
    Linde Material Handling to expand and be successful in this new business
  • You will closely
    collaborate with various teams such as
    Product Management and
    After Sales (Maintenance, hotline, spare parts) to design and offer a comprehensive
    turnkey solution to our customers over the entire lifetime of such equipment
-
You will also work with our sister company Dematic on larger and more complex intralogistics solutions to develop synergies by integrating their material handling components into our solutions

  • You will create necessary
    calculations and customer offers , and participate in customer
    presentations and negotiations during the
    sales process
  • You will be part of
    international customer
    projects (including realization and execution of sold onsite projects) and will cooperate regularly
    with regional teams across Europe (EMEA) and will assist in the
    design of customer
    solutions using our automatized Intralogistics components

Qualifications

  • You have a
    master's degree in
    Business Administration, Logistics or Engineering and ideally already gained some practical experiences in Business Development
  • You have
    professional working proficiency in
    English and
    German , enabling you to communicate with stakeholders in our global team
  • You also have
    strong analytical skills and demonstrate a high level of
    engagement , e.g., by proactively developing intelligent, agile, and pragmatic solutions
  • You have already acquired
    international experience and are excited by the prospect of a placement abroad for several months as part of the trainee program
  • You are a
    team player with strong communication skills, and you are keen to
    take on responsibility and to work with a high level of
    initiative to achieve results you can be proud of
