60,000,000 EUR in sales.

And what do you achieve? We are looking for a Sales Director (M/F/d) who will be responsible for and develope our B2B sales business for the DACH region.

Take our sales department to the next level.


Our vision:
Establish healthy pet food in the mainstream.

  • Develop new strategies, business cases and initiatives for our sales region in the DACH region: you will be responsible for the P&L for your area.
  • Create and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts and plans in collaboration with our CSO.
  • Develope sales strategies for our entire brand portfolio: through our business model, you will constantly bring new premium pet food into the trade
  • Coach, motivate and develop our existing high performing sales team: both sales targets and personal development of the team are very important to us.

Profile:


  • At least 10 years of professional experience in business development or consulting coupled with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Handson experience in a startup or fastgrowing, dynamic environment is a requirement here pet food experience is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Strong understanding of sales processes from acquiring new customers and business partners to closing new deals
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of sales experts in our and their goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills across all hierarchical levels internally as well as externally
  • Strong analytical, strategic and detailoriented skills coupled with an interest in making numberbased decisions
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
