Wood is recruiting for an Administrator to support our Renewables business based in Hamburg.
The position will be based in Hamburg; however, we can offer hybrid working with a flexible combination of home and office working.

The Role
The administrator will support the Hamburg Renewables team with a variety of administrative tasks supporting in the smooth operation of the running of the Hamburg office.
You will work closely with the management team, the consultants and the wider Finance teams to ensure that all documentation and required information is delivered in a timely and accurate fashion.

Typical Responsibilities
Finance:
- Support finance manager in setting up suppliers, projects, etc.
- Coordinate with tax advisor and bookkeeping provider in for Hamburg and Taiwan offices
- Coordinate payroll information for external tax and bookkeeping provider
General administration:
- Managing official forms statements required by employees
- Office cCoordinatione and other administration task with internal and external provider
- Manage correspondence with health insurance, authorities, etc.
- Document management and office administration
Skills / Qualifications:
Skills / Qualifications
Expected
- Native (or similar) German language skills
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Experience in an administrative function preferably within Finance
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages
- Proactive, flexible approach to work
- Ability to speak another European language is a benefit
