Your tasks:


Inside Sales Europe

  • Support the customer service team in Canada with the order processing
  • Screen all incoming orders to make sure that all purchasing conditions are met
  • Track all price information agreed with our distribution partners and direct customers in our database
  • Prepare product quotations in close cooperation with our sales team
  • Ensure the completion and maintenance of all records, documentation, and paperwork necessary to comply with internal and external policies
  • Assist the Regional Sales Managers during pre‐ and post‐sales activities
  • Ensure that our customers and channel partners get the best possible service
  • Support your Manager on reporting activities and complete special projects
  • Organize and monitor shipments of loan items

Forecasting

  • Work with the European Director of Sales on preparing the data for the monthly revenue forecast meetings
  • Work with the European Sales Team and our customers in order to collect information for a monthly productbased forecast

Office Administration

  • Verify all incoming invoices and forward them to Accounting at Teledyne GmbH in Heidelberg, Germany
  • Create a monthly expenditure report and forward the reports to the Accounting department at Teledyne GmbH in Heidelberg, Germany
  • Make sure that office supplies are available

What we need from you:


  • Proven sales operations experience
  • Experience working with SAP ERP/CRM or similar tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Experience with administration and coordination of import/export procedures
