- Erstellung von Lastenheften für alle Neuanlagen sowie deren Aktualisierung
- Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen und Abnahme mit Übergabe an die Serienorganisation
- Technische Betreuung neuer Projekte im Launch Team und deren Abarbeitung bis zur Serienreife
- Layoutplanung sowie Koordination der Layoutumsetzung
- Einhaltung aller relevanten "SAFE"-Standards wie Lock Out/Tag Out
- Realisierung von Automatisierungen mittels Roboter- und Steuerungslösungen
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Automatisierungslösungen
- Mitarbeit bei Problemlösungen im laufenden Prozess unter Rücksprache Leiter Plant Engineering (Morgenbesprechung, Top Five)
- Mitarbeit in "Continuous Improvement Projekten" wie Kaizen College und Six Sigma
- Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz gemäß den gesetzlichen und internen Bestimmungen
- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium, Techniker, Meister oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Manufacturing
- Erfahrungen sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in der SPS- bzw. Roboterprogrammierung
- Organisationstalent und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
