- Strategische und operative Social Media-Beratung inkl. Budgetführung
- Interpretation von Performancedaten inklusive Optimierungsvorschlägen
- Identifizieren und Implementieren von Trends und Innovationsthemen im Bereich Paid Social Media
- Eigenständiges Kundenhandling mit direktem Kundenkontakt
- Unterstützung bei Auf- und Ausbau der Social Media Kanäle (vor allem: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest)
- Aktive und unit-übergreifende Mitarbeit an Neugeschäftspräsentationen und anderen übergreifenden Projekten
- Wissenstransfer für wissbegierige Junior Berater, die von deiner Expertise profitieren sollen
- Mindestens zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Social-Media-/Performance-Agentur oder auf Kundenseite
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Social Media Advertising Planung / Beratung (Meta Business Manager und alle relevanten Selbstbuchungstools der Plattformen)
- Aktiver Social Media User mit Spürsinn für die neuesten Trends
- Fließendes Englisch & mindestens B2 Level Deutsch
