What you'll do

You will be responsible for active talent sourcing for Doctolib job openings in the Core Services departments (legal, strategy, partnerships, finance, public affairs, marketing, people & workplace).
You will build and nurture relationships with target talent pools via networking, social media and professional groups.
You will produce talent intelligence reports, provide market insights and strategic action plans.
You will secure smooth stakeholder management by working closely with both recruiters, hiring managers and relevant business teams.
You will engage and coach your colleagues on the topic of talent sourcing.

Have gained first experiences as a talent sourcer, sourcing recruiter or talent intelligence specialist.
Are datadriven and detailoriented, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate through multiple expertise areas.
Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision.
Have a user first attitude, with the ability to listen to and understand the needs & perspectives of stakeholders.
Have fluent German and English language skills (C1 level).
