THE ROLE:

To support our global growth strategy we are looking for a Head of Product Customization.

As a leading D2C brand of high-performance bikes, Canyon is committed to providing ourcustomers with tailored products and experiences.

The Head of Product Customization willplay a pivotal role in shaping and executing the global roll-out of the Canyon CustomizationProgram.

You will be reporting to our Global Category Director - Road.

This is a fulltimeposition with significant responsibility, joining us in our office in Koblenz on a regular basis
YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW:

You drive the business success of our Customization program, ensuring its profitability, growth and evolution.
You lead and manage our crossfunctional Customization team.
You support our Global Category Directors in steering the strategic and operational customization portfolio management, working closely with Product Management.
You optimize Canyons online customization platform, optimizing the process and elevating the user experience.
You use customer and sale data to track performance and identify opportunities for products and customization options.
You analyze and monitor the stock levels of our customization products and initiating actions for improvement.
You cultivate and manage relationships with external suppliers and partners involved in the customization process, overseeing quality, timeliness, and costeffectiveness.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE:

You have minimum five years of professional experience, working preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
BSc/BA in business administration or related field.
You know how to work in matrix organisation and you achieve the results by successfully laterally leading a crossfunctional team.
You have a deep knowledge of Road, Gravel and MTB markets, our competitive environment and premium customer needs.
You are highly organized and have excellent communication, presentation and people skills.
You make decisions by analysing and interpreting complex and multiple sources of information.
You demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams to achieve common goals.
A strong customer centric perspective is mandatory.
You are used to work in an fast moving and agile environment

- fluent in English.
