This position reports into Supply Chain Essential Health Lead DACH and is based at Neuss.

What will you do
Key Responsibilities***- Lead S&OP Process for DACH Femcare business

  • Review statistical forecast generated and provide input on any changes required
  • Measure, track and report performance of the current statistical models and parameters
  • Collect information and collaborate with other functions such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc. for demand shaping
  • Generate scenarios considering products, past event data, customer/market analysis, cannibalization, substitution, and other relevant parameters
  • Take over DACH promo tracking ownership for demand planning team
  • Looks for new ways to achieve better statistical forecasting performance
  • Generate and update system forecast for new products and end of life exceptions
  • Enables PLAN to deliver / improve service & inventory targets by delivering/improving forecast measures for her/his portfolio
  • Provide demand input to CE S&OP to allow for transparency of risks and opportunities.
  • Participates into Demand Reviews and other S&OP forums as applicable
  • Represent the supply chain in Squad Teams
  • Take ownership for Slob avoidance and depletion
Qualifications


What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

  • University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics & Predictive Analytics. Supply Chain certification (APICs, IBF, etc) is desirable
  • 25 years of experience in Supply Chain
  • Experience with ERP (SAP R3, APO and BW), very good Microsoft Office user skills (esp. Microsoft Excel)
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationship
  • Ability to target their communications as appropriate for the audience and make presentations to a small to medium sized audience
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and evaluate processes to determine improvement needs
  • Ability to translate market intelligence to forecast
  • Understands forecasting techniques
  • Has strong analytical skills
  • Structured and processoriented way of working
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English and German
