Working Student (M/F/d) Certificates & Safety Documentation:

Your Tasks

Creation, archiving and data maintenance of certificates or certification relevant documentation in a database system according to specifications
Creation and maintenance of structured certificate overviews, database and/or folder structure
Support in the appropriate procurement of documentation in the respective engineering departments
Preparation of document overviews for the purpose of meeting certification related deadlines.
Definition / Adaptation of system requirements and export of corresponding documents
Revision of SW validation document
Translation of technical documents (e.g. risk assessments, system descriptions,)
Mantainance of documents in different tools like Integrity (database requirements management), Windchill, Teamcenter (PDM systems), Safexpert (risk assessment)

Your Profile

Enrolled student
Electrical / Mechanical Engineer or similar studies
Very good knowledge on MS Office
German, preferably native speaker, good English skills (both written and spoken)
Structured and autonomous way of working, diligent and with strong sense of team spirit
Ability for interdisciplinary collaboration
Strong communication skills
Interest in wind energy topics and technical documentation
