We are currently looking to recruit a
PMO for our Projects and bids management office team located in
Mannheim, Germany.



Key accountabilities:

- _Independently coordinate, prepare and follow up on project specific internal activities & deadlines (e.g. Project Core Team Meetings) _
- _Support Project Manager in the implementation of PM processes_
- _Continuously develop and track reports, analysis, statistics, R&O progress reports._
- _Creation, maintenance, further development and communication of overviews of the project process, project structure, project content as well as internal and external interfaces in the project_
- _Set-up, implementation and follow-up of project governance, including continuous improvement_
- _Management, analysis and maintenance of the cross-functional KPIs as a central project control and performance management element for ensuring time / quality / cost_
- _Ensuring the evaluation and follow-up of the implementation of R&O measures_
- _Creation, maintenance and follow-up of action lists, meeting minutes_
- _Support the program lead for weekly sponsor reviews on schedule, delivery status of work packages and elimination of roadbloacks_


Job Requirements:


  • A Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Engineering or a related field ( Combination of Technical/Engineering and Management background is highly preferred )
  • A minimum of 13years of relevant Project management experience(preferably in OEMs)
  • Experience in working with crossfunctional teams
  • Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project (Power BI, Qlik sense preferred)
  • A PMP/CAPM/IPMA/Prince Certification may be advantageous
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English
- minimum C1, German-minimum B2)

  • Strong attention to details and technicalities
  • Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business
