You will support the Director in project work and daytoday business
You will create reports, presentations and summaries
You will also be responsible for coordinating and organising meetings, events and business trips
You will support in project management
You will independently and reliably complete all organisational and administrative tasks
Your daily tasks will include writing correspondence in German and English for internal and external contact partners

Your Profile

What you should have.

You have completed a business apprenticeship or a business studies degree
You also have professional experience in the commercial sector, in a project environment or in a comparable area of responsibility, ideally in an IT environment.
You have a talent for organisation, are communicative and can react flexibly to changing needs and requirements thanks to your quick comprehension skills
You are highly motivated and committed with excellent communication and teamworking skills
You have a confident, friendly and professional attitude
Fluent English language skills
