- Schnittstelle zwischen der Instandhaltung, dem operativen Bereich und den externen Vertragspartnern.
- Organisation und Kontrolle operativer Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen inklusive der fachlichen und sicherheitstechnischen Anleitung von Mitarbeitern und externen Vertragspartnern.
- Sicherstellen der Erfüllung von Zielvorgaben bzgl. Sicherheit, Qualität und Termintreue.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Überwachung von Wartungs- und Revisionsplänen.
- Prüfung und Bestätigung von Leistungsnachweisen der externen Vertragspartner.
- Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Instandhaltungsabläufen und Konzepten zur Minimierung des Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsaufwandes.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker oder Meister im Bereichen Metall oder Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung von Vorteil, idealerweise in einem Chemieunternehmen.
- Ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis gepaart mit organisatorischem Geschick.
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eigenständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten.
- Ein sehr hohes Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
- Flexibilität und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft.
