- Interact on a regular basis with customers, prospects and other external market stake holders along the complete value chain and translate customer and market needs into business opportunities.
- Identify and validate new segments and applications aligned with the EM strategy.
- Identify and develop new customers and prospects for the defined priority applications with existing or newly developed products or technologies.
- Deploy the operational marketing plan on the identified and prioritized markets and/or applications, in order to support business growth and achieve the commercial roadmap targets.
- Support the sales organization in promotion and commercial deployment of new products and applications.
- Ensure external promotional activities in line with the communication plan.
- Build and accelerate strong relationships across the value chain.
- Identify and select new product and application development projects to feed the short-, mid- and long-term innovation pipeline.
- Ensure a market and customer driven approach within all assigned innovation projects and close interactions between the cross functional project team and the customer/market.
- Provide regular customer and market updates during internal innovation project reviews.
- Foster, monitor and coordinate the innovation pipeline projects with customers.

- Understands and adheres to all DOMO safety policies and procedures to prevent injury to self and others.
- At least 5 years of commercial and marketing experience within the engineering plastics industry, ideally within the automotive market.

Under the supervision of the Manager Application Center Automotive Market, the Application Development Manager (ADM) finds and develops new business opportunities for the assigned perimeter and for the defined priority applications in particular.
