To support our Production Sitee in Hilden and Supply Chain DACH Region we're searching for a

Controller (M/F/d) Integrated Supply Chain

based in Hilden.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities
Act as a recognized ISC Finance Business Partner towards the Site Manager, Site Management Team and the Supply Chain / Logistics team
Develop and deliver relevant financial analyses that enable and drive performance management of ISC operations
Manage an efficient and effective, accurate and timely financial reporting and planning cycle for the sites / ISC organization in scope, including both Manufacturing, SC and local procurement. This includes amongst others the accurate and up to date product costing, FMC & logístical cost control and planning, OWC (Inventories & Suppliers) management, Capex planning
Ensure accounting / reporting for ISC operations, align with Finance Operations where needed
Support the EMEA Supply Chain controller in local implementation of regional Supply Chain projects ad initiatives
Support the Integrated Business Planning process
Ensure that ISC decisions are made in line with long term value creation objectives, within the applicable financial and other frameworks
Ensure that adequate controls are in place
Work together with Shared Service Center

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, business administration or equivalent, Master's degree would be a plus
Minimum 68 years experience in multiple finance positions in an industrial / manufacturing environment
High level of customer orientation
Strong, effective communication skills
Handson and cando mentality
Analytical, strategic and problemsolving, pragmatic acumen
Independent and interested in what's behind the numbers
Open for Change Management
Excellent skills MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
High proficiency in SAP (or another ERP-System)
Fluent verbal and written skills in English, German is a plus
