To support our Production Sitee in Hilden and Supply Chain DACH Region we're searching for a

Controller (M/F/d) Integrated Supply Chain

based in Hilden.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Key responsibilities
  • Act as a recognized ISC Finance Business Partner towards the Site Manager, Site Management Team and the Supply Chain / Logistics team
  • Develop and deliver relevant financial analyses that enable and drive performance management of ISC operations
  • Manage an efficient and effective, accurate and timely financial reporting and planning cycle for the sites / ISC organization in scope, including both Manufacturing, SC and local procurement. This includes amongst others the accurate and up to date product costing, FMC & logístical cost control and planning, OWC (Inventories & Suppliers) management, Capex planning
  • Ensure accounting / reporting for ISC operations, align with Finance Operations where needed
  • Support the EMEA Supply Chain controller in local implementation of regional Supply Chain projects ad initiatives
  • Support the Integrated Business Planning process
  • Ensure that ISC decisions are made in line with long term value creation objectives, within the applicable financial and other frameworks
  • Ensure that adequate controls are in place
  • Work together with Shared Service Center

Job requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, business administration or equivalent, Master's degree would be a plus
  • Minimum 68 years experience in multiple finance positions in an industrial / manufacturing environment
  • High level of customer orientation
  • Strong, effective communication skills
  • Handson and cando mentality
  • Analytical, strategic and problemsolving, pragmatic acumen
  • Independent and interested in what's behind the numbers
  • Open for Change Management
  • Excellent skills MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High proficiency in SAP (or another ERP-System)
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in English, German is a plus
