Your new responsibilities:

Build up, lead and manage the Cyber Security Governance team
Ensure adequate cyber security governance processes are in place in appropriate quality
Ensure the necessary cyber security policies are in place and rolled out in a manner that helps the organization to always be on a proper level of cyber security. In addition, review policy adherence and coordinate initiation of proper mitigation measures
Contribute to constantly enhancing the Vitesco Technologies Information Security Management System
Ensure cyber security trainings and awareness programs are established as required.
Make sure adequate cyber security technical and organizational measures are in place as required
Further develop the cyber security strategy aligned with business goals
Create datadriven cyber security reports that enable better steering and decisionmaking
Act as coordinator for various Vitesco Technologies and external stakeholders for all cyber security governance related aspects and promote a businessoutcome focused security mindset

Your qualification:

University degree is a plus, similar professional experience is an option
Longterm experience in leading teams and managing complex corporate cyber security environments is required
You bring profound leadership and soft skills that go in line with our corporate values: passionate, partnering, pioneering
Ideally you have broad expertise in international cyber security standards or bring certifications in areas like: ISO 27001, BSI, TISAX, CISM, CISSP, SOC2 and similar
Required language skills: business fluent in English; advanced in German is a plus
Travelling on a monthly basis is required (domestic, international)
