Your working environment

  • In the Connectivity department we work on different digital services to increase the aftersales business. We achieve this by generating leads with our digital customer journey. This customer journey includes prioritized use cases which are developed together with a crossfunctional team.
  • Your tasks
  • Define and develop a business target picture including a roadmap from the customer's perspective and analysis of white spots in the business target picture
  • Analyse and evaluate existing solution in order to identify synergy potentials and possible further development
  • Develop concepts and organise regular exchange meetings with group brands to identify and harmonize requirements
  • Establish templates and processes for product portfolio management including reporting
  • Support for the business owner to define requirements within a product
Your qualifications

  • University or technical college degree in economy / computer science or comparable qualification
  • Experience in aftersales area
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Analytical and distinctive processoriented way of thinking
  • Target oriented, initiative skills as well as able to work independently
  • Quick comprehension of new issues
