Your tasks:

Be responsible to keep a globally consistent brand image
Lead the creating and execution of all global design projects: deliver clear design briefings; assign design projects to team members and partner agencies or create the designs yourself; successfully manage projects on time and within budget; monitor the graphic works are of high quality and aligned with brand guidelines
Act as the point of contact between designers and internal stakeholders: Understanding the stakeholder's requirements and goals for the project; developing project deliverables and timelines; facilitating resolving design issues with stakeholders; coordinating and controlling design submittals for stakeholder's review and approval
Lead brainstorming sessions for design ideas and graphic work & convince with creative skills and "out of the box" thinking
Maintain global image database & establish and lead internal image sourcing process

Your skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field with 34+ years of related graphic design experience
You are an expert in Adobe Creative Suite
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and have indepth knowledge of graphic design production principles
You are committed to your timelines and budget, and thrive to achieve your goals
You have a high level of organization and exceptional attention to detail and are able to handle multiple tasks as well as multiple projects simultaneously
You are fluent in English, German is a plus
