Team Lead Client & Management Reporting (m/w/d) für unser Data Analytics Team in Essen (im Herzen des Ruhrgebiets) bzw. Home-Office Deine neuen Aufgaben: Als Team Lead Client & Management Reporting hältst Du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung: dazu gehört die Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams und unserer Lösungen genauso wie das Projekt-Management aller operativen und strategischen Themen Du bist für eigene Projekte verantwortlich und arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Report- / Dashboard-Standards Gemeinsam mit Operations entwickelst Du Produktions- & Produktivitäts-Kennzahlen und visualisierst diese mittels Dashboards (Qlik, Power BI), sodass wir unsere Geschäftsprozesse kontinuierlich verbessern können Gemeinsam mit den Kolleg:innen aus der IT bist Du verantwortlich für die Datenstrukturen, sowie die reibungslose Integration neuer Prozesse und Kennzahlen zur Abbildung im Reporting Womit Du unser Team erweiterst: Deinen Master-Abschluss hast Du in einer quantitativen Wissenschaft oder VWL erworben (oder Du überzeugst uns von Deinen analytischen Skills mit einem anderen Abschluss) Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität sind für Dich ebenso wichtig, wie das Treffen analytisch-fundierter Entscheidungen Du besitzt mindestens 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Kontext Reporting Deine sql-Kenntnisse sind sehr gut und Du bist versiert im Umgang mit großen Datenbanken und Datawarehouse-Strukturen Du hast umfangreiche Expertise im Umgang mit den BI Tools QlikView/QlikSense und SAP BO und im Umgang mit Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel) Positives Denken und eine konstruktive Herangehensweise zeichnen Dich genauso aus, wie Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift gehören zu Deinen Basic-Skills Was du dafür von uns erhältst: Abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenfeld mit vielen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten Flache Hierarchie mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen Sicherer Arbeitsplatz mit leistungsgerechter Vergütung Ein Arbeitsplatz bei einem "Top Job" 2024-Preisträger (für hohe Arbeitszufriedenheit innerhalb der Belegschaft) Möglichkeit Home-Office sehr flexibel zu nutzen und einen modernen Arbeitsplatz mit toller Verkehrsanbindung in fußläufiger Nähe zum Essener Hauptbahnhof sowie Parkmöglichkeiten für PKW und Fahrrad (abgeschlossene Fahrradstellplätze) Leistungsabhängiger Bonus zusätzlich zum Fixgehalt Angebote für betriebliche Altersvorsorge bei der Allianz sowie einen monatlichen Einkaufsgutschein Individuelle Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten im Rahmen unserer Weiterbildungsprogramme mit E-Learning und der "Intrum Academy" Bereit zu helfen?
