Do you want to shape a new business field for Infineon and drive the Environmental Sensing business strategy? As Director Environmental Sensing you will lead this product group and contribute to the development of new sensor products and create & manage business targets to become a leading player in this fast growing field.

In your new role you will:

Lead the cross functional Environmental Sensing product group by defining and executing the business strategy to achieve the business targets

Enable & empower the global team for business success

Identify and work closely with lead customers during development of new sensor products and create new business and customer relationships

Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Environmental Sensor product group, aligning with market demands and company objectives

Collaborate with engineering teams to define product specifications, performance requirements, and technological advancements for the sensor portfolio

Set up business cases and manage project priorities within defined RnD budget.

Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify areas for product portfolio improvement and expansion

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A
degree in marketing, business administration, or related with a
demonstrated passion for high-tech business . Alternatively
a technical degree in electrical engineering/software with a strong track record in business
Minimum
of 8 years relevant work experience thereof 6 years in the area of hightechmarketing, with a focus on
product marketing or technology marketing:
ideally work experience in
environmental sensing:
Strong
customer orientation and
understanding of target market and product requirements:
Experienced with working in
cross-functional project teams and leading project teams:

Excellent communication skills in English to master internal and external stakeholders
