  • Leading a team of 4 engagement marketeers responsible for defining and landing our Customer Engagement strategy
  • Have ownership of existing customer revenue and customer retention
  • Drive online sales by improving buying experience, average order value and buying frequency
  • Dive deep into customer needs to understand and overcome blockers of higher engagement
  • Initiate cross functional projects to improve customer experience and retention
  • Enhance marketing technology to drive automation and effectivity of customer communication

Strengths

  • You have 5+ years industry experience in CRM or Online Sales
  • You think and design Marketing backwards from customer needs
  • You love to create compelling customer experiences
  • You base your decisions on data and analyses
  • You are able to dive deep into processes and data to create new solutions
  • You love to work in a team
  • German & English language skills would be appreciated
