What you'll do:

As a Brand Designer at nu3, you're responsible for:

Exploring ideas to define a cohesive brand identity for our 4 own brands
in the nutrition, health, fitness and skincare industry.
Maintain and scale up brand style guides to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Populate the design libraries and develop new template and elements that flows from the brand identity.
Communicating our brand values by conveying emotions through visual storytelling.
Create stunning and original visuals for campaigns, social media, marketing, events, retail, packaging, website and employer branding.
Developing an indepth understanding for our customers, marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, while staying on top of relevant trends and developments.
Working closely with crossfunctions departments, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Stay current on design culture and trends.
Taking full ownership every step of your projects. From understanding briefings, ideation, brainstorming, creating mood boards, pitching ideas, mockups, iterations, handsondesign, to presentation.

Who you are:

3+ years of experience in the brand identity and design industry.
Passionate about health and fitness, and you like to keep up design trends.
An excellent eye for detail and desire to create highqualtiy design work.
Excellent visual storyteller and conceptual thinker.
Worked on a great variety of projects from digital to print.
Not afraid to take on feedbacks and thrive to improve every day.
Strong presentation skills and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite. Photography, illustration, motion design or video editing skill is a big plus.
Fluent in English to engage with all international colleagues, German is a plus.
