(Senior) HR Learning and Development Specialist (all genders):

Our HR Learning and Development team creates an open and emphatic learning and leadership culture at CAMELOT, ensuring the optimal development of each individual's potential and growth.

As eye-to-eye partners, we design learning and development opportunities and encourage the internal knowledge transfer.

Make a difference
:

Creation and implementation of a holistic learning strategy and learning programs based on current and future business requirements
Design, implementation and evaluation of initiatives and change processes as well as conception and development of key performance indicators to measure success
Consultation in identifying competency gaps as well as identifying development potentials
Collaboration with experts, learning managers and external partners and introducing new standards and guidelines for a consistent learning experience
Support of learning platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors Learning, LinkedIn Learning, SAP Learning Hub)

Bring your experience
:

Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources and organizational development
Relevant professional experience in the areas of learning and development, leadership development, organizational development, ideally in the consulting industry
Excellent communication, moderation and presentation skills in German and English
Analytical mindset and strong project management skills
Experience in supporting learning platforms, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
