Job Description What to expect from us? - Your area of responsibility**:

  • Processing and preparation of sales orders through production jobs planning, control of the plotter and label service area, with a focus on continuous process optimization
  • Final inspection of the products against agreed product specifications and individual agreements with customers
  • Handling of material procurement and management including warehousing, call offs and forecasting materials supplies with selected vendors,
  • Management responsibility for all colleagues in the plotter and label service, leading the local Team in order to achieve agreed KPI,
  • Playing a key role as Team Leader, ensuring to maintain the highlevel of performance and knowledge in the team
  • Processing and handling of complaints
  • Budget planning
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety measures and regulations
  • Ideally, revision of customer logos using graphics programs (Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator)

Qualifications What do we expect from you? - Your qualifications**:

  • Completed vocational training in production environment or equivalent qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in a manufacturing company, in the têxtile industry would be an asset
  • You are experienced in workplace management and production planning
  • You have first experience with quality inspections and you are aware of basic lean manufacturing tools,
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • You act in a datadriven and processoriented manner
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
