    As a member of the WAVE Supply Services team, your role will involve shaping the product interface: creating services for SDK setup, analyzing ad revenue, and enhancing apps' user experience – from gathering data through our SDK to visualizing it on dashboards or sharing it via APIs.


    What You Will Do

    • Build and lead a diverse team alongside a Tech Lead: oversee recruitment, provide feedback, and establish effective team routines.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to define product requirements.
    • Collaborate with designers to develop UI mockups for the product.
    • Translate and communicate requirements to the engineering team.
    • Ensure comprehensive product documentation covering features and business logic, both internally and externally.
    • Utilize statistical data from various sources to grasp product use cases and identify areas for improvement.
    • Align product strategies with the company's long-term goals and drive the quarterly OKRs along with the product roadmap.
    • Coordinate with other tech teams to establish consistent guidelines for development and design processes.

    Who You Are

    • Hold a degree in information technology, economics, analytics, or a related field, or possess 5 years of experience in product or analyst roles.
    • Bring at least 2 years of experience as a Product Lead/Manager/Owner, preferably in B2B SaaS and web application development.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in people management, conducting regular 1-1s, and creating career development plans.
    • Articulate both technical and business concepts effectively, bridging the gap between engineering and business development teams.
    • Have a background in basic data analysis and deriving meaningful insights from data.
    • Experience working with task-tracking tools like Jira, GitLab, etc.
    • Additionally, exposure to BI tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, MS PowerBI is a bonus.
    • Experience with SQL, Python, or R, managing mobile app/SDK development is advantageous.
