We have offices in Stäfa, Switzerland, Berlin, Germany, and Chicago, USA. To strengthen our team even more we are looking for a Channel Management Intern (M/F/x).Tasks
- You are responsible for overseeing channel activities and maintaining effective communication with partners and management team.
- You will also be responsible for coordinating partner training, ensuring that partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed
- You will complete various backoffice tasks, including but not limited to preparing presentations and tracking KPIs, to support the overall success of the channel management team
- You will actively engage with potential partners to move them along the pipeline and toward partnership, effectively identifying and leveraging opportunities to promote growth within the channel.
- You will maintain contact by providing timely and accurate updates on leads and opportunities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
You independently think up new concepts and solutions to improve the technical and organizational aspects of our customers' installations.
- Flat hierarchies with a lot of personal responsibility and opportunities for codesign.
- A unique collaborative working atmosphere in a fastgrowing, young & international team with regular team events and offsites.
Requirements:
- You are currently in / have already completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Management/Engineering or related studies
- You are good with people, patient, empathetic, humble, downtoearth, and kind
- You are interested in the manufacturing industry and Industry 4.0, smart factories etc
- You are analytical, a good listener, result oriented and well organized
- You are available for 6 Month fulltime internship
- You like or understand technical topics e.g. in machine building industry.
- Willingness to challenge yourself and develop your skills.
- You are well versed with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish and Polish) are a big plus
