- Du verbindest Informationen aus SAP, Qlik und Sharepoint und stellst Zusammenhänge her
- Du optimierst und automatisierst das Reporting
- Du pflegst und entwickelst proaktiv die Schnittstellen zu den Sales-Bereichen der operativen Gesellschaften im In- und Ausland
- Du prüfst über die BI-Systeme regelmäßig die KPIs im Risikomanagement
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) in Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsbereichen
- Du berichtest direkt an den Leiter Risikocontrolling
- Einschlägiger Hochschulabschluss (z. B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Risikomanagement) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement, Risikocontrolling oder vergleichbar
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Präzision
- Begeisterung für Prozessanalyse und die Zusammenhänge komplexer Datenstrukturen
- Sicheres Auftreten, hohe Integrität, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Fähigkeit komplexe Risikoinformationen zu interpretieren und den Geschäftsbereichen verständlich zu vermitteln
- Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP FI/CO, BI-Tools
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem in Familienbesitz befindlichen, international ausgerichteten Unternehmen
