    Your TasksDrive the strengthening of the Internal Control System throughout all Beiersdorf Group entities and functions including:
    RCM ImprovementMonitoring and reporting of "RCM Execution" and "RCM formal Quality Control" to ensure transparency for central functions and escalation processSupporting countries to improve RCM execution and formal qualityContinuous improvement process to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control system (e.g.

    implementing additional controls, converting detective in preventive controls, ...)Driving automation and centralization of control executionRCM GovernanceRCM Governance coordination – new committee and responsibilitiesContinuous improvement process to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control system (e.g.
