Working on diverse topics and projects in close dialogue with the board member and with European Cluster Heads as well as leading and taking ownership for special projects
Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the ROF Europe and internal departments: serving as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; prioritization and followup on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the ROF Europe, Followup, consolidation, and quality assurance of action items and potential escalation
Collaborate with all stakeholders (internal and external) in daytoday Business Operations.
Consolidation and preparation of content for international top management meetings and postprocessing (presentations, documents, open tasks etc.)
First point of contact for internal and external communications in all content appropriate to the ROF Europe: Composing or transcribing speeches, articles for external communication, preparing content for presence on social media in close collaboration with Marketing
Budget controlling and planning for the ROF Europe and European Clusters
Tracking and analysis of strategic Ocean targets in form of standard Opearational and Financial KPI's
Supporting the Oceanfreight-Transformation

To be successful in the above role, the incumbent should possess/ display the following key skills/ Attributes:

Graduated in business administration or similar studies, ideally with a Master's degree
Several years working experience, either in consulting or within Ocean Industry, shipping or forwarding.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical thinking and independent work abilities
Flexible, highly motivated, and serviceoriented
High ability to provide structure
Ability to work in a diverse international team and complex matrix structure
Fluent in German and English
Experience of working in an international environment
Advanced knowledge of MS-Office and excellent PowerPoint skills
