You can expect the following:

An exciting interface function between payroll and traditional HR tasks
Main responsibility for the monthly payroll in compliance with legal and operational requirements
Examination and preparation of statutory information, certification and reporting obligations to authorities and administrations
Independent strategic and administrative support for the employee life cycle of a defined area of support
Optimization of HR processes and freedom to proactively work on your own projects
Assistance with analyses, statistics and data maintenance

You bring along:

Successfully completed apprenticeship in human resources or as a tax clerk (M/F/x) or a comparable apprenticeship or studies
Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting combined with a strong interest in administrative activities in human resources
Sound knowledge of social security and payroll tax law
Very good knowledge of MS Office, ideally experience with Datev Lodas and MS Dynamics NAV
Structured, independent and careful way of working
