Beschreibung

• Independent processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintenance of master data and reconciliation of accounts;
• Checking of customer data and sales tax relevant facts in German and international tax law;
• Reconciliation and maintenance of G/L accounts;
• Participation in the preparation and auditing of annual financial statements (yearend closing entries) as well as the related preparation of all documents;
• Participation in company audits, independent communication with auditors and tax consultants;
• Advance sales tax reporting/ZM reporting/OSS reporting;
• Carrying out intercompany reconciliations;
• Preparation of various evaluations and reports;
• Daily checking of invoices and processing of payment transactions;
• Preparation and participation in international accounting;
• Responsibility for account reconciliation as well as posting of account statements/credit cards/cashier/payment systems/etc.

• Education as a tax clerk (M/F/d), further education as a financial accountant (M/F/d) or comparable;
