Your mission:

User Research: Immerse yourself in the daily challenges of small-sized contracting businesses through in-depth user interviews, surveys and feedback.

Concept Development: Design intuitive and user-friendly features from scratch and continuously improve existing functionalities.

Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes, conduct user tests, gather direct feedback, and iterate quickly to refine designs.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to gain insights and make data-driven design decisions.
Our Vision:
Plancraft aims to become the first European Contractor Operating System. We connect every contractor with their project partners and customers, providing them with business-relevant data, automated and easy-to-understand.
Your profile:
Are you a match? Check out the qualifications we're looking for:
Education: Studies or degree in the design field (or career changer).
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as UX/UI Designer.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant tooling and methods.

Language Skills: Strong German skills (e.g. C1 level).
